i have install this theme on wordpress but i get error:

what does this mean?
did you upload the plugins to plugins directory and theme to theme directory?
yes i have done that several time and still trying!
i also get this warning now;

Are you using latest wordpress version?
You also need to activate the plugins… looks like you haven’t activated the featureme plugin
i am using the latest version of wordpress. I simply upload the plugins to plugins, so how do i activate that?

Click on plugins link on the left sidebar in the admin dashboard
Now click the activate link below the “feature Me” plugin.
After that, go to edit post and click on the post you want to feature and scroll down to see “feature this post………” bue box and check it and update the post

You need to have about 5 posts featured and each post should have a custom field called “image_684_254″ with a link to a 684×254 image
Debating purchasing this theme and switching my site to it:
1)Is it possible to replace the ‘follow on twitter’ area at the top?
2)I like the location of the ‘Pages’ (Home, Newsletters, blogs, etc.) at the top. My concern is categories. Is there any way to create a category bar right below the pages (similar in structure) to eliminate having categories on the side?
3)Is it easy to move around the widgets on the sides (ads, poll, popular posts)?

My client purchased the lagoon theme for me to add some design features to but, I’m having a few problems. For some reason, the flash slideshow is not showing up. Also, thumbnail images are not coming up for the videos when I turn it on.
Can you help me? Thanks.
